Seeds from the library are free and anyone in the community can make a request or attend one of our community seed swaps. Our collection includes donations from Seed Library members, regional seed companies, and community members like you!
Bean Project
Seed Library members were invited to explore their relationship to seed saving by identifying a bean variety that would help to tell their own personal story.

Heritage Grain Project
In 2022, Seed Library members began planting heirloom grains - including rare Ukrainian varieties - at the NYU Urban Farm Lab with seeds donated by the Rocky Mountain Seed Alliance Heritage Grain Trial Program.
